1. Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.

2. Refunds

• Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping

• Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Shipping Time: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

• Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Bank Processing Time: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
